Quickparts launches Quick Mold for European customers

Quickparts introduces Quick Mold to support prototyping, validation, and low-volume production in Europe.

Marking its 35th anniversary, Quickparts announced the launch of Quick Mold, a rapid tooling solution for its European customers. The offering is intended to support prototyping, process validation, and low-volume production by enabling designers and engineers to produce functional, production-grade parts more efficiently.

How Quick Mold supports product development

Building on 35 years of engineering experience, Quick Mold uses machined aluminum molds with high-grade thermoplastics, enabling customers to:

  • Iterate designs with unmatched agility
  • Validate functional performance using true-to-production materials
  • Eliminate weeks of tooling delays
  • Keep production timelines on track – even through last-minute design changes
  • Easily transition to full-scale production with the same team

Recent Quick Mold projects

Quick Mold has been used in a range of applications, including:

  • A one-day design change cycle with PA66 GF50
  • A four-day turnaround on anti-vibration parts tested under high stress
  • A door button redesign for a luxury car, tooled and molded in four days
  • A bonding test with PA66 GF30 parts completed in three days
